Olubunmi Abegunde

Managing Partner

Olubunmi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 23 years Management and Information Technology experience with Blue chip companies in the Consulting and Manufacturing Industry.

He has occupied senior positions in Accenture, Deloitte, SAP Africa as well as GlaxoSmithKline in the United Kingdom. He is a well-rounded professional whose core area is Systems Integration but has touched on almost every aspect of consulting such as Strategy, Human Performance, Change Management, Technology as well as Business Process Improvement. He holds an MBA, which gives him an edge in understanding the fundamentals of running a business.

He has been responsible for delivering several multimillion-dollar projects successfully. He has several years of experience working with national and multi-national companies such as Shell, Ericsson, Baker Hughes, Nigerian Security Printing and Minting, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation NNPC) amongst several others. With his experience over the years, he has assisted several blue chip organizations to steer projects in the right direction.

Olubunmi holds a First Class degree in Computer Science.

Ejiro Osasona

Head Change Mgt & Training

Ejiro is a Certified Project and Change Management Practitioner with over 10 years’ consulting experience in Change Management, Project Management and Human Resources.

She has worked with various blue chip companies such as Accenture, Shell, NNPC and Dangote.

Ejiro has extensive experience working in difficult situations to develop Change Management Plans, Communication Strategies as well as successful Change Programs to large Organisations with well over 3000 impacted personnel.

Her experience also spans across Business Process Redesign, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design as well as Project Management.

Ejiro is also a certified Global Professional in HR.
